SAMPLES LOAN AGREEMENT
This agreement is in consideration of GroupAtlanta, Inc., loaning sample products to the party and/or company listed below for the purpose of examining the product(s) to judge the quality, colors, material, sizes, fit and any other characteristics, in order to make a buying decision.
The Party Below Understands & Agrees To The Following:
- Provide either a Fed Ex or UPS number below which we will use to ship sample goods to you.
- Return all goods received via Fed Ex or UPS ground within 21 days from date of receipt. Do not keep any pieces of the sample order for personal or future use. You must return the entire sample order. Some sample orders may incur a restocking fee.
- Return goods in original condition received, including all packaging, tags, labels, etc.
- Provide us with the return tracking number immediately after returning goods.
- Provide valid credit card information to guarantee payment in case of default, by completing and returning the credit card form provided. Your credit card may be verified as valid for the samples amount. By submitting your credit card information below, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card for your purchases.
- If, for any reason, goods are not returned in a reasonable time, or in the same condition received, you agree to pay the full retail price for these goods, plus a $50 handling fee, which will be charged to your credit card on file.
- The borrowing party has full intentions of placing a minimum order of $200, and agrees to pay a restocking fee of $50 if an order is not placed within10 workdays (or other agreeable period) of returning sample goods to the factory, and you understand this charge may be placed against your credit card.
Do Not Return Goods to Address On Shipping Carton.
We Will Provide You With a Return Authorization Number, Address and Other Return Info.
